• All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, assignments, and assessments, are the exclusive property of KFIU and are protected by copyright laws
• Learning materials may not be distributed, shared, copied, or used for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission from KFIU
• Course materials are licensed for personal educational use only and are non-transferable
• Recording, reproduction, or distribution of any course content is strictly prohibited
• Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action and immediate termination of access to KFIU services

• Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination
• Students must not allow others to access the learning platform using their credentials
• Any suspected unauthorized access must be reported immediately to KFIU administration
• Students are responsible for all activities that occur under their account

• KFIU is not liable for any unauthorized promotions, advertisements, or representations made in its name
• Only official communications from KFIU authorized channels should be considered valid
• Use of KFIU's name, logo, or brand identity for any purpose without explicit written permission is prohibited
• Students may not claim to represent KFIU without official authorization
• False or misleading representations of association with KFIU may result in legal action

• KFIU provides US education to students worldwide in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Students are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local laws and regulations
• Course access and materials may vary based on international regulations and restrictions
• Students must comply with all US educational standards and requirements while enrolled
• Time zones and scheduling considerations for international students will be handled according to KFIU policies

• The learning platform must be used solely for educational purposes as intended
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is prohibited
• Students must not engage in any activity that could damage or compromise the platform's security
• Use of automated systems or bots to access the platform is prohibited
• KFIU reserves the right to monitor platform usage for security and compliance purposes

• KFIU reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these terms
• No refunds will be provided for termination due to terms violations
• Upon termination, all licensed materials must be deleted or returned to KFIU
• KFIU may restrict access to specific features or content without prior notice
• Students may appeal termination decisions through official KFIU channels

• KFIU reserves the right to modify these terms at any time
• Students will be notified of significant changes to these terms
• Continued use of KFIU services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Current terms will always be available on the KFIU website
• Students are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms for updates
